ViewTower in Rupse falls

Construction of a view tower has been started near Rupse falls in Dana VDC of Myagdi district, the famous tourist destination in the district.

The view tower is being constructed to lure more tourists in the site that lies along the Beni-Jomsom road section. The 300 meters long falls is one of the main attractions for tourists in the district.

Chairman of Rupse Andhagalchhi Conservation Committee, Himat Garbuja said that Rs 800,000 has been received from Tourism Office, Pokhara. He said the project should be completed by this fiscal year.

Secretary of the committee, Govinda Baruwal hoped that arrival of the tourists is sure to increase once the trekking route, bridge and view tower were constructed.
